The contract calls for Menlo to provide services including:
-- Establishing a warehouse facility and managing the receipt, storage and

-- Receiving and managing fulfillment of orders for parts, components and
semi-finished goods for delivery to Jabil's customer's plants, which
then assemble components into finished goods for end-use customers.

This expanded relationship is further validation of our momentum and traction as we grow our business in this important market vertical."
Menlo has selected Memphis, Tennessee as the location for the distribution operation serving Jabil.
