Tripod's consolidated revenues for April jump almost 50% on year

Taiwan-based printed circuit board (PCB) maker Tripod Technology has estimated that its consolidated revenues rose almost 50% on year to NT$1.6 billion (US$50.5 million) in April, according to the Chinese-language Apple Daily. Although the second quarter is a traditionally low season, the PCB sector in Taiwan believes this year will see a good second quarter, the paper said.
