Foxconn (Hon Hai) accuses Logah of continued patent-infringement

Foxconn Electronics (the registered trade name of Hon Hai Precision Industry) announced in a filing with the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE) today that Logah Technology continues to produce patent-infringing products at China-based affiliates, but the customs in Nanjing and Wujiang have stopped the products from being shipped. Foxconn began legal action against Logah, with preliminary injunctions filed in Taiwan, during February and March.
