Inventec to set up subsidiary in Mexico

The board of directors of Inventec approved on May 23 a plan to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Mexico, Inventec de Mexico, through Inventec Holding (North America), with an initial capital of US$2 million. The new company will help supply servers and related products in the US market.
