Cypress to Announce Q1 2006 Results on April 20

Cypress Semiconductor Corp. will announce its first-quarter 2006 earnings in a conference call on Thursday, April 20 at 8:30 a.m. Pacific time.

Separately, on Monday, May 1 the company will host its Annual Stockholders Meeting from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. PDT at Cypress's headquarters, 198 Champion Court, San Jose, Calif.
