Twin pack sachets for ACC Silicones

To compliment its successful range of Silicone Encapsulants and Potting compounds, ACC have introduced new, easy to use, twin pack sachets.

The small pack size provides the affordable solution for users that want to avoid the use of scales and mixing equipment. Simply remove the clip, mix and pour. The whole process will only take a few minutes and with no equipment to clean the saving in time is considerable.

When using sensitive addition cure silicones it is important to maintain the correct mix ratio, which will produce a cured elastomer to the desired specification. With the new sachets mix ratio is guaranteed, thereby eliminating potential operator error, this in turn will reduce reject rates and produce further cost saving benefits.

Standard products include: Silicone Gels, Silicone Encapsulants and an Optically Clear Silicone, all packed in a convenient 250g sachet. Other pack sizes and products can be made available on request.
