Electropac Co., Inc. - based in Manchester, NH - has added ENIG as a process which will now be done in-house. This is in addition to ENTEK HT as lead-free finishes. ENIG is the first of various Lead-free finishes slated for Manchester¹s final finish wing. Other finishes being laid out currently include silver, electroplated gold, and lead-free HAL.
