Nanya PCB sales to grow through 2Q, IC substrate lines to run at full capacity

Nanya PCB's sales may grow 7-8% sequentially this quarter and another 10-15% next quarter, as the maker continues to ramp up its IC substrate capacity, according to financial firms.
