Kester to participate in Lead-free Conference at NEPCON China 2006

Kester has announced that it will participate in the one-day Lead-free Conference scheduled to take place on Monday, April 3 during NEPCON China at the Shanghai Everbright Convention & Exhibition Centre. The full-day conference is titled "Practical Tips and Considerations for Lead-free Transition" and is sponsored by the Surface Mount Technology Association (SMTA). The program is intended to help transition smoothly to lead-free, with paper sessions on RoHS/WEEE compliance management, lead-free process optimization, lead-free rework process and reliability, and RoHS compliance testing. Kester's presentation is part of Session 3: Lead-free Process Optimization that will take place from 12:45 until 3:15 p.m. During this session, Mona Chay, market development manager with Kester Asia Pacific, will present "Lead-free Process Optimization - Making It Work the First Time."
