Ultrasonic Systems, Inc. will display the PRISM Ultra-Coat System at the Nepcon China Show, Booth 2F01. The PRISM System delivers precise coating application of conformal coatings, fluxes, photo-resists, conductive inks and more onto any substrate with speed and accuracy. The Prism utilizes ultrasonic technology with a titanium spray head and digitally controlled liquid delivery system. Depending on the type of application being coated thickness ranges from microns to mils. The Prism system includes a XYZ gantry with ball screw drives and closed loop servo controls. The Windows XP software allows for easy programming and operator interface to the machine.
