BP Microsystems showcased enhanced programming capabilities at APEX 2006

Feb 09, 2006

BP Microsystems, a leading supplier of device programming systems worldwide, has highlighted its Single Lane Tube Feeder and Loader; the ISP-PRO socket module for in-circuit programming; and its latest manual and automated programming systems, which feature USB 2.0.

BP Micro's newly manufactured Single Lane Tube Feeder and Loader addresses the consistent handling of small package parts. Tooling for the Single Lane Tube Feeder and Loader is currently available for 8 pin SOIC and TSSOP devices, but other small package parts are in development for support. Multiple base units of this ultra-compact automated programming system peripheral can be mounted on one machine for expanded handling potential. BP Micro will demonstrate its capabilities on the 4710 automated programming system.

BP Micro has also exhibited its new ISP-PRO socket module, which was designed to provide in-circuit programming solutions. BP Micro's manual programmers can be connected to the board via a cable interface using the robust and production-ready ISP-PRO socket module.

Also on display was BP Micro's latest automated and manual device programmers, which now feature high-speed USB 2.0 standard bus for improved communication speed.
