Innovative depaneling for the most demaning quick change-over requirements - ADS 01FM

ASYS Inc. is proud to announce the launch of the new Depaneling Systems ADS1F Modular. The ADS 01M system was developed for a production environment that requires quick changeovers from one product to another. Adaptations to the different PCB shapes and sizes are easily taken care of by means of the servo gripper that can be programmed to accommodate a large range of products. 3 different gripper sizes are available to cover even the most demanding production environment.

The ADS 01F is available with features which make a simple and economic product change over possible. To name a few: automatic product recognition at the inlet, servo grippers, automatic toll exchange, automatic tool changer etc.
