Milara introduces TouchPrint

Milara Inc has introduced TouchPrint, a fully automatic stencil printing system. Which is reported to incorporate the ability to dispense dots on circuit boards for low- to mid-volume applications. Because of the system’s uniquely designed open area side shuttle, epoxy or paste dispensing can be achieved within a single machine, saving tremendous cost and valuable factory floor space.TP2929 is a true, highly accurate stencil printer capable of loading, aligning, printing and unloading printed circuit boards without operator intervention. An innovative closed-loop, high-end motion control system does not compromise alignment accuracy or repeatability, resulting in TP2929’s ability to deliver the quantity and quality demanded by today’s production requirements.Capable of handling boards from 2 x 2" to 18 x 22" and allowing for board warpage up to 0.1", TP2929 boasts ±0.00032" (8 _m) accuracy and a screen frame from 12 x 12" to 29 x 29".Source: PCBnewsline
