Agile appoints Jay B. Fulcher CEO

Agile Software Corporation has announced that Jay B. Fulcher, Agile's president and chief operating officer, has been appointed chief executive officer effective May 1, 2006. Mr. Fulcher has also been named a member of Agile's board of directors. Agile's current CEO, Bryan D. Stolle, will remain as chairman of the board. Mr. Fulcher has been Agile's president and COO since October 2002. During this time, Agile has been the fastest growing PLM company, doubling the size of its product line, and increasing its customer base to over 10,000 customers across multiple product-driven industries. Mr. Fulcher has been instrumental in leading Agile to improved top-line performance, record revenues, and lower operating expenses. "Jay has brought tremendous leadership to Agile in his role as president and COO over the last three years - a period where Agile has experienced record growth," said Bryan D. Stolle. "His proven track record in enterprise software and his knowledge of our markets, our products, our partners, and our people make him the ideal choice to lead Agile forward."
