Nordson declares Q1 dividend

Annual Shareholders' Meeting scheduled for February 21, 2006 Nordson Corporation (Nasdaq: NDSN) announced that its board of directors has declared a first-quarter 2006 cash dividend in the amount of $0.165 per common share, payable on January 4, 2006 to shareholders of record on December 19, 2005.
In addition, the board of directors has announced February 21, 2006 as the date for Nordson's 2006 annual shareholders' meeting.
