Coretec Inc. leveraging India for business process improvement

Coretec Inc. has announced that it is utilizing outsourcing arrangements to India to provide "flex" capacity across key business processes for product not covered under International Trade in Arms Regulations (ITAR). "We have been piloting the use of resource in India as a strategy in response to a surge in demand for our printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing services", commented Jeff Canavor, Executive Vice President. "The results have been impressive. In addition to being a cost effective way to quickly increase capacity across key business processes, we have been pleased with the level of competency with respect to quality and timeliness." "Although we remain committed to the North American-based market for both rigid and rigid-flex PCBs out of our operations in Toronto, Denver and Cleveland, and also remain committed to house the foundation of our key business processes here, we nonetheless see outsourcing arrangements to India as a strategic imperative."
