PROMATION introduces Super Cooling Conveyor station

PROMATION has introduced the SCC-700 Cooling Conveyor station. For those customers requiring a quick PCB cool down solution that occupies a minimal amount of floor space, PROMATION has developed the Super Cooling conveyor station. The station has been especially designed to quickly cool down PCBs after reflow or high temp curing, allowing operators to hand remove for final disposition. The SCC-700 is only 1000 mm long and incorporates both cooling fans and a small refrigeration unit. The cooling temperature output may be selected through a digital readout panel and the conveyor transports the PCB or pallet on 3 mm edge contact. A vertical lift door is provided to seal in the cold air, yet provide easy access when required.
