Ya Hsin LED capacity to expand more than 10-fold, says paper

Ya Hsin Industrial, which signed an agreement for licensing white-LED chip patent technology from Osram Opto Semiconductor in September 2005, is looking to expand the number of its LED production lines from two to six before the Chinese New Year at the end of next January, according to the Chinese-language Apple Daily yesterday.
