PCB makers positive shipment contribution from 3G phones in 2006

PCB makers expect the 3G handset-use PCB segment to contribute more than 15% to total handset PCB shipments in 2H06, up from less than the present 10%. In 2005, Compeq Manufacturing is estimated to ship 129m, followed by Unimicron Technology with 110m, Unitech Printed Circuit Board with 67m, and Wus Printed Circuit with 47m.
