Electronic Systems announces staff changes

Electronic Systems, Inc. announced several executive promotions and a staff addition designed to support the Company's growing customer base. Leo Reynolds has been promoted from president to vice chairman of the board. Gary Larson has been promoted to president and Steve Hillesheim has been promoted to director of program management.

In addition, Jeff Tomassoni has joined the company as regional director of sales in the Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minn. area. He will report to Mr. Larson.

"Our business grew 17% in 2004 and we have added seven new customers in 2005. We feel that these organizational changes and expansion of our sales team provide a strong foundation to support this growth in revenue and services," said Mr. Reynolds.

Mr. Reynolds is the founder of the company. In his new role he will be focused on business development and customer relationship management, in addition to supporting the Company's strategic planning focus.

Mr. Larson has been with the Company for 6 years. Prior to joining Electronic Systems, Inc., he spent over 15 years in electronics manufacturing and was associated with Litton Corp., Appleton Electric Co., E.F. Johnson, Telex Corporation and Pemstar. Gary holds a Bachelor's degree from South Dakota State University in Brookings, S.D. He received his MBA from the University of St. Thomas Graduate School of Business in St. Paul, Minn.

Mr. Hillesheim has been with the company for 2 years. He has extensive experience in a wide range of electronics manufacturing positions including: communications engineer, QA manager, project manager and program manager. Prior to joining Electronic Systems, he was associated with EF Johnson, SPX Corp, Micro Dynamics, Pensar/SMTC and Computer Network Technology. He has a degree in Communication Technology from Mankato Technical College.

Mr. Tomassoni has over 22 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing services (EMS) industry. He was previously director, regional sales for Reptron Manufacturing, Inc. and has also worked in a variety of business development positions for Micro Dynamics, SCI Systems, Pemstar, Manufacturer's Services Ltd., Harvard Custom Manufacturing and Hibbing Electronics. He received his MBA in management from Concordia College and University.
