DDi Corp. appoints Diane Brundage as New Senior VP - Sales

DDi Corp. (Nasdaq: DDIC) announced the appointment of Diane Brundage as the Company's senior vice president of sales, effective immediately. Ms. Brundage assumes responsibility for the Company's entire sales function from Bruce D. McMaster, the Company's president and chief executive officer, who had been serving in that role on an interim basis over the past several months. As senior vice president of sales, Ms. Brundage's duties include the day-to-day oversight of the Company's entire sales force for both printed circuit board manufacturing and assembly operations across North America and Europe as well as responsibility for DDi International, the Company's transition services business. "We are delighted to have someone of Diane's considerable sales, marketing and customer skills to lead DDi's sales organization," said Bruce McMaster. "She has an impressive track record in establishing and growing enterprise-level relationships for companies including Apple and Compaq. Over the course of her career, she has worked up from account management to oversight of large sales forces and responsibility for top-level sales strategy. She has demonstrated an ability to maximize revenue growth and drive potential opportunities, while maintaining strong customer relations and team morale." Ms. Brundage has over 25 years experience in sales and marketing in the technology and software sector. Prior to her appointment at DDi, she served as senior vice president of sales and marketing for Rainmaker Systems, Inc., a business process outsource service focusing on sales, marketing and order management for technology companies. From 2000 to 2002, she served as senior vice president of sales, marketing and customer service for Creative Planet, Inc., an enterprise business software and application service provider to the entertainment industry. Prior to 2000, among other things, Ms. Brundage served as general manager of Compaq Computer/Digital Equipment Corp.'s Customer Service Business Unit, director of WorldWide Strategic Relations at Apple Computer, Inc., and Account Executive at Digital Equipment Corporation. She has an MBA from Loyola University of Chicago and a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois.
