Optima fluxing system from Ultrasonic

Ultrasonic Systems has announced its new Optima Fluxing System, said to take flux through-hole penetration to a higher level.  The new Ultra-Spray head produces a more vertical spray pattern, ensuring excellent through-hole penetration on the widest, thickest circuit boards.

The Optima is able to process circuit boards up to 24 inches wide, 0.200 plus inches thick, and with plated through holes of 0.020 inches in diameter and smaller.  The Optima Fluxing System provides complete through-hole penetration, regardless of whether you are using VOC free no clean or highly aggressive water-soluble flux.
