Japan`s February chip-making equipment orders grow by 38%

DEK has named Neil MacRaild General Manager for Process Support Products (PSP) in the Americas. MacRaild is responsible for the manufacturing, operations and sales of all the elements — tooling, stencils, consumables and upgrades — that support DEK’s installed equipment base in the Western Hemisphere. He reports to Richard Bramham, DEK’s Global PSP Manager. Previously, MacRaild was Manager of Semiconductor Packaging Technologies for DEK. He has been with the company for eight years.
